Why We Restrict International Calling
In today's world of VoIP, customers are becoming more susceptible to fraud.
The main reason for fraud is to route calls to high cost destinations, this ends up costing clients a lot of money.
For this reason, Cloud Nine Technology will only allow specific destinations in its international route plans.
Additional destinations are available, however they are subject to approval. If you would like an additional destination, please email info@cloudninetek.com.au

Calling Procedure
To make an international call, simply dial the international access code (0011 from Australia) followed by the country code, area code, and the local number.
